snow tires ?

how much snow is on the ground around crandon ? was going to ride from sheboygan to hiles on my motorcycle tomorrow ,do i need snowtires ???? what about salt on the roads , that stuff really plays havoc with my nice shiney aluminum .

I got out earlier tonight and it looked like there was a lot of salt on the road.

hey , thanks for the info about the salt . never made the trip last saturday, maybe this weekend if it's not raining . did you get alot of rain yesterday and today, enought to wash the salt off the roads ?
