Armstrong Creek Update 12/11/19

Post by CHOPPER 3 »

We have been out clearing trails since the storm took its toll . Several areas need some "touch up " but for the most part trails are cleared enought to get our equipment through . Most sections have been packed with the Tuckers and we will be out panning as soon as we can . There are many sections that are wet and remain unfrozen . Swamps in the Armstrong Creek area are not ready to cross , hopefully these cold temps stick around for awhile . Armstrong Creek will be out panning with its early season drag , these drags are much lighter and less aggressive that our ''Cadillacs'', especially this year with all the downed trees we cant see under the snow and they are intended for use this time of year regardless of snow depth . Hoping to get the Imp out on the swamps north and south of Armstrong by the weekend . Thanks again to all who participated in our annual brushing day , its been a busy season so far ! Stay tuned and check back for updates .
