You are probably right, Paul. I heard that guy (the new owner) had already expressed interest in having that trail moved from his newly acquired property. So, I think it was going to probably happen anyway. :frown:
Now, the landowner will still have to deal with the rogue idiots by themselves. Sometimes, keeping the club involved can help a landowner with enforcement, gates, etc.
