Had a wonderful Free trip to Washington DC to view the war memorials as a Korean vet on the Southern Illinois Honor Flight program on the 17th.
Sixty-five vets were on the flight plus about that many assigned Guardians to help those who needed assistance. Thankfully I did not need the help. We did however threaten to tie him to a tree sowe could travel on our own...ha!
All interested vets should look into this benefit.. It's free in most States.
